Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from any stains, odors, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Breast Prosthetics
- Packers
- Prosthetics
- Silicone Torsos
- Any intimate apparel that has been removed from its original packaging
We make exceptions for defective products, which will be replaced at our discretion.

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Please include your return authorization slip in the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchange Shipping
For approved exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item using the same shipping method as your original order:

- Free Shipping: EMS (15-25 business days for orders over $50)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
